The room is good at a reasonable price. The Memory Hotel is near Hanoi Railway Station and it is convenient for those traveling by train. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I borrowed a desk lamp for reading and they gave me one immediately. The toilet is clean and it has a fancy lighted mirror.

The location was amazing! I got sick during my stay in Hanoi so we spent a lot of time in the room; it was pretty comfortable. The staff were very kind too. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location in the center, close to the train station. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. helpful staff and good internet. Very good value for the price.
