The room is good at a reasonable price. The Memory Hotel is near Hanoi Railway Station and it is convenient for those traveling by train. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I borrowed a desk lamp for reading and they gave me one immediately. The toilet is clean and it has a fancy lighted mirror.

The location was amazing! I got sick during my stay in Hanoi so we spent a lot of time in the room; it was pretty comfortable. The staff were very kind too. We enjoyed our stay!

I like the best possible location of this hotel. It was possible to extend for one night longer. Owner was very comunicative. He is positive person.

staff very friendly and willing to help with any tour bookings and airport taxis good location to all the historical sites. manager helped me sort out my flight bookings etc. hotel good price and value for money
